FOOD-10760 - USA (Groveland, Florida) - Emergency Catering Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency catering services to the government authority located in Groveland, FL.– Provide meals for mutual aid crews and The City staff during or after a significant emergency event, including, but not limited to, post–hurricane situations. – The City’s requirements can range from providing meals for 100 to 500 or more people, which may require multiple Contractors. Based on the conditions of the emergency, The City reserves the right to select any, all, or none of the selected Contractors in response to the emergency event.– Contractors should be self–contained, mobile catering services capable of establishing base camp–style operations to provide nutritious meals to mutual aid crews and The City employees during emergencies or federally declared disasters.– To ensure variety, hot meals shall not be repeated more than once weekly, and cold lunches shall not be repeated more than once every three days.– Drinks shall be included in the price of each buffet meal and should consist of a variety of bottled water, sports/vitamin drinks, sodas, juices, iced tea, lemonade, and regular and decaf coffee.– Provide a daily menu plan with your quote, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for a seven (7) day period.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
