(1) Vendor needs to provide title examination services to the government authority located in Parkersburg, WV. • Provide title examination services for properties within the city.• Responsible for performing comprehensive title examinations and producing legal opinions on various properties as requested by the city.• Conducting thorough title searches to determine ownership history and identify any encumbrances, liens, or defects.• Reviewing and providing a legal opinion on the condition of title, including any restrictions, easements, right–of–way issues, or tax delinquencies.• Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
