CONS-24194 - USA (Athens, Tennessee) - Exterior Facade Restoration and Improvements Service - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide exterior facade restoration and improvements service to the government authority located in Athens, TN. • Selective demolition and surface preparation:– Remove deteriorated or non–original exterior cladding, siding, trim, and related facade materials as necessary to execute the approved exterior restoration.– Remove existing stone facade from the rear/exterior facade where indicated in the supporting estimate and proposed design reference, subject to field verification and approved scope.• Siding, trim, and exterior wall reconstruction:– Provide new exterior siding and related wall preparation in a board–and–batten or compatible façade configuration consistent with the approved design reference.– Repair or replace rotten wood, damaged sheathing, framing, backing, and trim as required for a durable and weather–tight installation.• Windows and storefront openings:– Remove existing storefront/window components, including aluminum anodized frames and single–pane glazing where indicated, and prepare openings for new approved windows.– Provide replacement windows in sizes and locations consistent with the approved facade design, field verified openings, applicable code, and agency approval.• Exterior doors and entry components:– Remove existing exterior doors, storefront door assemblies, overhead/garage door components, and associated frames/hardware where designated for replacement.– Provide new exterior door assemblies compatible with the proposed facade design, including frames, thresholds, weatherstripping, hardware, closers, locksets, and accessibility features required by applicable code.• Masonry / stone veneer and repair:– Provide natural stone veneer or compatible masonry veneer in areas shown in the approved design reference and bid documents.– Repair masonry, transitions, and wall conditions as necessary to integrate new stone veneer with adjacent siding, trim, windows, and doors.• Exterior lighting: Provide and install exterior lighting fixtures consistent with the approved design reference and applicable electrical code.• Painting, finishes, and color coordination:– Prepare all new and repaired exterior surfaces for finish in accordance with manufacturer instructions and best practices for exterior exposure.– Prime and paint exterior siding, doors, trim, metal accents, and related finished surfaces as required for a complete and durable installation.• Protection, permits, and closeout: Protect pedestrians, adjacent businesses, sidewalks, streets, interiors, existing property, and neighbouring property throughout construction. Maintain safe access and egress as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
