EXTRA-72464 - USA (Florida) - Disaster Recovery and Financial Reconciliation Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster recovery and financial reconciliation services to the government authority located in FL. – Provide professional disaster recovery consulting, grant application and management, and financial reconciliation services to the agency.– Services may include, pre–event documentation of facilities and assets, public assistance readiness assessments, insurance program documentation and recovery support, vulnerability and resilience planning and identification of mitigation funding opportunities, including the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), or any successor programs, as well as other applicable state and federal mitigation grants.• Tasks:– Emergency preparedness and technical initiation.– Damage Assessment and Project Worksheet (PW) administration.– Financial reconciliation and cost recovery.– Insurance coordination and Duplication of Benefits (DOB) analysis.– Emergency debris monitoring and hauler invoice reconciliation.– Special grants management.– Appeals, grant closeout, and audit defense.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
