SW-116450 - USA (Michigan) - Cloud-Based Guard Tracking Software - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based guard tracking software.– For real–time tracking of safety personnel, dispatching, scheduling, incident reporting, and modernizing other field operations– Provide development, QA/test, stage, and production environments. – Integrate the System with County’s existing Data and Computer systems, including Single Sign–On (SSO) with Okta via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, MediaValet, Google Analytics, Siteimprove, UserWay, and FormAssembly.– System features:– Cloud–based support program where all information recorded in the system will be saved.  This will include employees’ schedules, vehicle information and vehicle tracking, calls received information and dispatch times.  Daily Backups (encrypted) and stored off–site will be required at no additional charge to the County.– Users should be able to use the application in portrait vs. landscape mode, desktop view, and various versions, sizes and types of tablet and mobile phones.– Hosting of the System in a secure environment with Web Application Firewall (WAF), Content Delivery Network (CDN) caching, and Distributed Denial–of–Service (DDoS) protection(2) An optional pre–bid conference call will be held on July 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
