RFQ-27-002-Master Planning - Facilities Feasibility Study Services

Camino Real Community Services (CRCS) invites qualifiedplanning, architecture, engineering, and facilities consulting firms to submit RFQsto conduct a comprehensive Facilities Feasibility Study and develop a 15-YearFacilities Master Plan. The objective of this engagement is to evaluate existingfacilities, identify future facility needs, assess options for renovation,expansion, consolidation, or new construction, and develop a phased facilitiesstrategy that supports CRCS's mission and anticipated operational needs overthe next fifteen (15) years. CRCS seeks a consulting team with demonstratedexpertise in healthcare, behavioral health, the public sector, communityservice, and multi-site facilities planning. The solicitor shall submit a narrative demonstrating itscommitment to being a mental-health-friendly workplace; however, this may notbe a determining factor in the RFQ process.
