(1) Vendor needs to provide digital fire alarm communication upgrade services to upgrade fire alarm communicator transmitter cards at existing fire alarm control panels for contact id reporting To the District's central monitoring station with point–level identification, while maintaining The existing fire alarm systems in fully operational condition to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.– Digital alarm communicator transmitter cards at the applicable existing Notifier fire alarm control panels; programming the agency and associated fire alarm control panels for Contact ID reporting; programming two (2) existing NFW–100X panels for Contact ID; providing RJ31X telephone interfaces as required; resetting applicable system passwords to factory default using the manufacturer authorized password–of–the–day process; coordinating account/reporting information with the central monitoring station; and performing complete acceptance testing.• Provide a complete, turnkey installation. Items reasonably required for a complete and code–compliant system shall be included whether or not individually listed.• Coordinate all work with the Project Manager and building administration. No fire alarm system shall be disabled without prior authorization.• Maintain fire alarm protection during the work. Any impairment shall be coordinated, documented, and restored in accordance with applicable fire code and procedures.• Protect existing equipment, finishes, and occupied school areas. Repair damage caused by the contractor at no additional cost.• Verify existing field conditions, panel models, firmware, available communication paths, telephone line configuration, and compatibility before installation.
