Pressure Sealed Checks

The City of Chesapeake is seeking qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of check stock to support its accounts payable processing. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality, secure, and compliant check stock to be used in the City’s financial disbursements. Specifications: Check Type : Green pressure-sealed checks. Security Features : The check stock must include Level II security features, including a watermark, void pantograph, microprinting, and chemical protection. Paper Size : 8.5" x 11". Paper Weight : 25# weight. Paper Fold : Eccentric Z-fold. Check Numbering : No check numbering required. Samples : Vendors must provide three samples of the proposed check stock along with their bid submission. Pricing : Pricing must be all-inclusive of shipping and should cover inside delivery to the City’s designated location. The selected vendor will be expected to ensure timely and secure delivery of the check stock in accordance with the City’s requirements.
