(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency operations center planning and training service to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI. – Contract to review current emergency operations center (EOC) plan and develop a revised current EOC plan, identify and provide necessary training and exercises. – Conduct a comprehensive emergency operations center assessment.– Analyze and recommend the appropriate EOC operational model.– Develop and deliver EOC operations training to all identified staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
