INSU-6363 - USA (Knoxville, Tennessee) - Vision Benefits Program Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide vision benefits program services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN. – Provide fully insured vision benefits program for agency employees and eligible dependents. – Provide services at convenient locations throughout agency.– Employees enrolled in the plan will be provided in an electronic file at the initiation of the agreement. – Set up a bi–directional feed with medical vendor.– Provide necessary information for agency to remit payment via self–bill and contractor agrees the agency pay in arrears. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
