(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.• Length and weight of tractor, trailer, and payload shall meet all applicable agencyrequirements for normal single–trailer shipments.• The Contractor shall furnish and equip all tractors with safety equipment (including fireextinguishers, first aid kit, emergency triangles, etc.), tire chains (cables), and any otherequipment deemed necessary by agency.• The Contractor shall furnish and equip all tractors with radiation detection instruments.The survey meter and detectors calibrations are the responsibility of the Contractor.• The Contractor shall equip each tractor with a mounted, digital, continuous loop, onboard,tamper–proof, closed–circuit video system.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
