(1) Vendor needs to provide AI–driven school security technology services. – Provide an Artificial Intelligence (AI)–enabled video analytics and camera security platform that operates entirely within County Public Schools district–controlled infrastructure.– The desired solution must not require vendor–hosted cloud services for video storage, AI processing, analytics, or system operation and must be capable of supporting a district–wide environment of approximately 2,000 internal and external security cameras– Help define technical requirements, operational expectations, evaluation criteria, and implementation strategies for future procurement. is particularly interested in solutions that support human–centered decision–making, transparency, privacy protection, accessibility, and responsible AI governance practices.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
