(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party administrator services for self–funded workers' compensation.– Workers’ compensation claims administration and claims management;– Claims investigation and adjustment services;– Loss control, risk assessment, and loss–prevention services;– Workers’ compensation legal services;– Medical provider and/or healthcare network services;– Medical bill review and cost–containment services;– Utilization review and case management services, as applicable;– Return–to–work coordination and related services;– Claims reporting, data analytics, trend analysis, and performance reporting;– Consultation regarding complex, high–risk, or high–cost claims;– Program management and strategic consultation;– Employee, supervisor, and management training, as requested by the district; and– Other services designed to reduce workers’ compensation exposures, improve claims outcomes, enhance service to injured employees, and control the overall cost of the District’s Workers’ Compensation Program.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
