(1) Vendor needs to provide innovative maternal care services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.• Expand timely access to prenatal and postpartum care;• Strengthen maternal care coordination, navigation, and referral pathways;• Develop or expand regional maternal health hubs and coordinated networks of care;• Integrate maternal behavioural health and substance use disorder services• Improve timely access to prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.• Strengthen coordination among clinical providers, public health, behavioural health, and community–based organizations to improve access to and continuity of maternal care.• Develop sustainable systems capable of supporting long–term improvements in rural maternal health.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
