(1) Vendor needs to provide mapping, geospatial, application support and maintenance services to the government authority located in Ireland. – The Services comprise the provision of mapping, geospatial, application support, maintenance, enhancement, development, training and related professional services in support of the electoral commission's statutory functions. • Geospatial Mapping Application with Support and Maintenance Services– Provision of a specialist mapping geospatial application – Provision of application support services. – Incident management and issue resolution. – Troubleshooting and defect correction. – Performance monitoring and optimisation • Mapping and Geospatial Services – Mapping and cartographic services. – Geospatial analysis and visualisation. – Geographic data management. – Data integration and validation. • Development and Enhancement Services – Enhancement of existing applications and systems. – Development of reports, dashboards and visualisation tools. • Training and Knowledge Transfer• Professional Services• Business Continuity and Service Delivery– Provision of support mechanisms for the logging, tracking and resolution of issues. • Call–Off Services(2) The contract period will be one year.
