CSE-25050 - USA (Santa Fe, New Mexico) - Airport Security Coordinator Services - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide airport security coordinator services to assist the airport with various security–related tasks, projects, administrative duties, and operational requirements to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.• Review security procedures, daily practices, records, and other activities related to airport security.• Help develop checklists and tools for security reviews and inspections.• Observe security–related activities when authorized by the Airport.• Identify possible security problems, inconsistent procedures, missing records, or other compliance concerns.• Document findings clearly and provide them to the appropriate Airport representative.• Recommend actions to correct identified problems.• Help track corrective actions, including who is responsible, when the work is due, and whether it has been completed.• Help the Airport prepare for inspections, meetings, and compliance reviews.• Organize documents and records needed for authorized inspections or reviews.• Check the status of outstanding findings and identify problems that continue to occur.• Prepare reports and summaries for Airport management.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 6,2026.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
