(1) Vendor needs to provide landlord and tenant attorney services to the government authority located in Linden, NJ. • Represent and advise in all landlord–tenant matters in municipal, state, and appellate courts.• Prepare all required legal filings, memoranda, correspondence, and court submissions.• Review and draft agreements, settlements, and other legal documents as requested.– Manage cases involving:• non–payment of rent• Lease violations• Unauthorized occupants or subletting• Property damage• One–Strike policy violations• Criminal activity or fraud(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 21, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
