Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Restoration Services

The Work generally consists of removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk panels, concrete spandrels and concrete curb and gutter. Plus, miscellaneous work; removal and installation of paver, and installation of retaining walls. Exporting and importing of soils and implementation of all required BMP's is also required in the performance of the Work. All work shall conform to the guidelines of the San Diego Regional Drawings and Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (latest edition and supplement) (“Greenbook”) including landscaping installation standards. The City requires that Bidders submit bids for Base Bid Items. City intends to award contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the Base Bid Items.
