AIR-040 - USA (Grambling, Louisiana) - HVAC Labor Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide HVAC labor services to the government authority located in Grambling, LA. – Provide HVAC labor and repair services for campus–wide buildings on an as–needed and emergency basis.– Provide the labor, supervision, personnel, equipment, instrumentation, tools, materials, and other resources necessary to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, or replace components of HVAC equipment.– Contractor shall perform repairs on HVAC equipment that is critical to the operation of university offices, academic buildings, residential facilities, and other campus buildings.– As–needed repairs are scheduled HVAC repairs needed to restore system operation or provide additional manpower when the workload of Facilities Management requires additional support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
