CLEANING-14218 - USA (Orlando, Florida) - Janitorial Maintenance Services - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance services to the government authority located in Orlando, FL. – Perform janitorial services at the frequencies and areas.– All floors, except carpeted areas, shall be cleaned as needed, to ensure they have a uniform, glossy appearance and are free from dirt, debris, dust, scuff marks, heel marks, stains and discoloration, and other foreign matter.– All trash containers shall be emptied and returned to their initial location.– Move all collected trash, recycling and all debris generated.– Clean all interior glass, including glass in doors, partitions, walls, display cases, directory boards, etc.– Clean and disinfect all porcelain and polished metal surfaces, including the orifices and drain, as well as exterior surfaces of fountain.– Vacuum carpeted areas.– Empty all public ashtray urns and clean all public urns and replace sand as necessary to maintain clean appearance.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
