(1) Vendor needs to provide display signage services on an as needed basis. – The work includes specialty graphics, labels, stickers, decals, magnets, banners, lawn signs, name plates, maps, fabrication of panels, and incidental installation.– Graphic production includes, screen printing, label copy, digital images, vinyl graphics, photo etched or sandblasted images, and cut–out graphics images of letters. Installation services are not intended to include work better classified as construction or public works. • Printing and fabrication:– Print on or fabricate from various materials including, aluminum, acrylic, lightweight fluted plastic sheets, vinyl, polyester, metals and wood.– Produce permanent and temporary signage for wayfinding, facility or site identification, informational displays, interpretive signs, event banners, etc.– Produce a wide range of signage types with sizes ranging from small to large–format.• Installation and maintenance:– Deliver and install signage at designated locations. – Ensure proper mounting and secure placement per site specifications.– Offer maintenance, cleaning, repair, or replacement services as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
