(1) Vendor needs to provide website creation, education assets, control logo, tobacco and nicotine prevention service. • Website shall serve as the primary public–facing portal for both tobacco/nicotine education and cessation services.• Website must be built on a standard, non–proprietary Content Management System (CMS).• Develop and disseminate a public education campaign: develop and disseminate a multi–channel, evidence–based, comprehensive statewide public health education campaign informed by market research.• Design a comprehensive suite of user–friendly, branded document templates utilizing Google Suite products that allow the staff to independently generate and update content.• Develop a detailed and comprehensive brand style guide.• Develop a new identity for the program through a logo, public education assets, website, and nicotine and tobacco product–free signage to increase awareness of program resources, prevent tobacco initiation, support cessation, and reduce secondhand smoke exposure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for six years.
