(1) Vendor needs to provide river study service to the government authority located in WA.– Evaluate the economic impact and change in economic benefits of recreational opportunities expected from a free–flowing lower Snake River under a breach scenario, with a particular focus on recreational salmon and steelhead fisheries– Lakes, Rivers, and Other Waterway Management Consulting Services(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.
