(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based writing system. • Solution shall provide multi factor authentication (MFA) for logging into the system• Solution shall provide the ability to the full database system access with a tool such as SQL developer, Toad for Oracle, or vendor provided database tool.• Cloud–Based or Software as a Service (SaaS) hosting architecture capable of supporting multiple web servers and scaling to accommodate up to 1,000 sustained concurrent users• Solution shall provide ability for file transfers during off–peak hours• Solution shall provide a real time disaster recovery system architecture• Solution shall provide an agreed upon maintenance windows for downtime to install upgrades, security changes, bug fixes and any other changes needed• Solution shall provide accessibility via the internet from behind firewalls, at all customer agency locations• Solution shall provide a full–service help desk accessible via telephone and email.• Solution shall have the ability to change status of requisition to closed when awarded
