FOOD-10806 - USA (Bardstown, Kentucky) - Catering and Bartending Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide catering and bartending services to the government authority located in Bardstown, KY.         – Provide staffing for all catering services, which includes delivery, setup, serving, refreshing buffet lines, and all clean up requirements.– Events shall be coordinated with park event coordinator, including all scheduling, event and setup requirements, and any special requests.– Alcohol shall only be served to guests 21 years of age or older and proper identification should be inquired upon as needed.– Catering–related items and cleanup of service area.– Bartending equipment and tools: Bar mats, ice bins, serving trays, coolers etc.– Food shall be freshly prepared and high quality.– Hot foods shall be served hot, and cold foods shall be served cold.(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than July 17, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
