MS Quitline Vendor Services

The Mississippi Tobacco Quitline (referred to hereafter as the "Quitline") for all eligible residents of the state of Mississippi. The vendor will maintain compliance with the most current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Best Practice Standards for Comprehensive Tobacco Control Programs, North American Quitline Consortium (NAQC), and the Public Health Services (PHS) Clinical Guidelines. The vendor will implement, maintain, and monitor tobacco/nicotine cessation services for residents of Mississippi. This will include management of: Call volume Enrollment Web-Based services Digital-Platform services Counseling/Coaching Distribution of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) Promotion and education of services Administration of the Referral Portal Development of a success story Data management and reporting Evaluation
