(1) Vendor needs to provide food service to the government authority located in Kingston, NY.– Program currently is a full–service operation working out of the agency Jail kitchen providing three meals on a twenty–eight–day menu cycle.– The facility has a maximum capacity of 457 inmates, with a current average daily population of approximately 200 inmates.– Meals are also being served to the officers and staff.– These meals vary from the inmate menu.– Continue the staff meal service for approximately 125 staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
