(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual repairs, maintenance and parts supplies to the government authority located in North Charleston, SC. • Provide maintenance, repairs, installations, equipment upgrades, technology updates, inspections, and related services within district auditoriums, cafetorium, theaters, lecture halls, athletic press boxes, and other similarly purposed spaces.• Evaluation of auditorium systems, equipment, and infrastructure.       • Audio and visual systems.• Theatrical and broadcast lighting.• Auditorium seating and carpet.• Stage and orchestra pit systems.• Stage rigging and safety systems.• Speakers and amplification systems.• Networked AV systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
