Thermal Dryer Equipment for the Manchester Creek WWTP Biosolids Processing Facility

The City of Rock Hill (the “City”), by this Request for Proposals (RFP), intends to pre-select one Thermal Dryer System Supplier (the “System Supplier”) to furnish an indirect thermal dryer system (the “System”) to be included in the Contract Documents for installation as part of the Biosolids Processing Facility Project (the “Project”) for the Manchester Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility (MCWWTF). The Project is located at 310 Red River Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. The thermal dryer system equipment, accessories, and other specified services of the successful System Supplier shall be available for purchase by the Contractor for installation under the Project at the MCWWTF. The agreement between the System Supplier and the Contractor for purchase of system equipment and services shall be in accordance with the requirements of this RFP and with the Contract Documents for the Construction Contract between the Contractor and the City. Any System Supplier terms and conditions in conflict with this RFP or with the Contract Documents for the Construction Contract will not be accepted.
