(1) Vendor needs to provide metro–ethernet transport services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– provide wide area network (WAN) (e.g. last mile) connectivity between State offices and the century Network Point of Presence (POP) sites located throughout.– The service must be guaranteed synchronous bandwidth,– Shall provide Ethernet service as part of its telecommunications infrastructure. At a minimum, this service shall include the provisioning of high–bandwidth point–to–point and multipoint Ethernet connections.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
