(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health and dementia communication training, coaching and consultation services to the government authority located in Kansas.– Provide onsite training, hands–on coaching, leadership consultation, virtual consultation, regional learning, and implementation support.– Preparation and Planning• Review provider context and training needs– Two–Day Onsite Training• Day 1: leadership consultation and staff education/inservice.• Day 2: hands–on/on–floor coaching and practical application.– Leadership Consultation– Virtual Consultation• Provide ongoing case consultation/follow–up.– Regional Collaboration• Facilitate four regional collaboration/refresher learning sessions.• Use peer learning, case discussion, reinforcement, and implementation support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
