It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe a grant development consultant for strategic grants, revenue diversification, and infrastructure support services being requested by the Alameda County Healthy Homes Department (ACHHD). The County intends to award a one-year contract (with two one-year extension options to renew) to the Bidder selected as the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose response conform to the RFP and meet the County’s requirements.
