(1) Vendor needs to provide senior citizen BBQ event service.– BBQ hours: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Events shall take place Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.– A DJ to provide music for all events.– A fully loaded unit price quote for a maximum of 500 seniors per event.– The Bidder must be in compliance with regulatory staffing requirements.– Provide a minimum of thirty parking spaces for staff and seniors in relative proximity to the site entrance.– Provide typical BBQ lunch options that should include hamburgers, hot dogs, salad, French fries, potato chips, fruit, soft drinks, water, dessert, veggie and vegetarian option. – A fully loaded unit price quote for a maximum of 500 seniors per event.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
