The City of Plant City intends to use Technical Sales Corporation, as they are the sole authorized representative for Liberty Pumps - Engineered Products 2.5-15 hp submersible wastewater pumps in the State of Florida, as a sole source. The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to verify with the vendor community that there are no other viable vendors that can provide Liberty Pumps - Engineered Products 2.5-15 hp submersible wastewater pumps . No further action is required if a vendor agrees. A vendor should submit a response to this Notice of Intent only if they disagree.
