(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Liberty, MO.– OFFICE AREAS1. Dailya. Empty all waste containers. Replace soiled or torn basket liners and clean waste basket as required to remove spillage from torn or missing liners.b. Remove all trash to disposal areas.c. Dust all tops of furniture, window ledges, telephones, partitions, file cabinets, and other horizontal surfaces (excluding work areas of desks) with treated dust cloth. Any specific furniture (i.e. glass top or metal) shall be cleaned with the appropriate cleaner.d. Spot clean all interior partition glass.e. Clean both sides of glass doorsf. Remove fingerprints and buildup from around doors, light switches and kickplatesg. Power vacuum all carpeted areas– Weeklya. Detail dust all lower areas of chairs, all office furniture, file cabinets, desks, etc, with treated dust clothb. Detail dust tops of picture frames and high ledges with treated dust cloth.c. General high dust partitions and other vertical surfaces including accessible walls.d. Sanitize telephone instruments by damp wiping.e. Clean all corners and edges of floor areas.f. Damp mop all tile floors.g. Edge vacuum carpet areas– Monthlya. Clean all baseboards and doorjambs.b. Power vacuum applicable areas of upholstered furniturec. Damp wipe or clean accessible areas of credenzas, shelves, and file cabinetsd. Dust all accessible walls and other vertical surfaces with a treated clothe. Clean lower areas of chairs with appropriate cleaner(2) The contract period will be for one year.
