(1) Vendor needs to provide building utilization study service to the government authority located in Independence, MO. • Study is to evaluate how the existing facility is being used, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, assess current and future space needs, and provide recommendations that support long–term strategic planning.• Evaluation of the current utilization of all public and staff spaces• Assessment of the operational workflows and service delivery• Analysis of the occupancy rates, seating capacity, meeting room usage, and specialized spaces• Identification of underutilized and overutilized areas• Evaluation of the accessibility, flexibility, and functionality of existing spaces• Assessment of the building's ability to accommodate future service demands and community growth• Recommendations for renovation or reconfiguration• Recommendations that maximize the effectiveness of the existing facility(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
