(1) Vendor needs to provide Identity access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution implementation and support service. – Facilitate centralised identity governance for users, encompassing employees, contractors, and external parties. – Integration with Microsoft based systems. – Service provider will be responsible for the full analysis/configuration/implementation and support of the system post the implementation. – Service provider to specify what hardware and software maybe required to operate the system. – Provide tools for role mining, and segregation of duties (SoD) checks. – Provide secure API for application/service password retrieval.– Provide logging, monitoring, and audit reporting capabilities. – Design an IAM/PAM architecture aligned with organizational security policies – Configure identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning and deprovisioning Configure privileged account vaulting, session monitoring, and credential rotation – Conduct testing to ensure functionality security, and performance. – Critical infrastructure systems requiring privileged access – Provide user training and documentation for accessing systems securely (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
