(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to the government authority located in Marshfield, MO.• Provide annual audit services beginning with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, together with related financial advisory services during the year.• The audit shall result in the preparation of financial statements from the audited record ofthe agency the Basic Financial Statements with supplementary data, the Single Audit Report (if needed), and the Independent Auditor’s Reports• The Firm will provide a list of documents and schedules required for the audit prior toaudit work commencing.• Record Retention – The Firm must retain all work papers and reports obtained during theaudit in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
