(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed practical nurses (LPN) and certified nurse assistants (CNA) services to the government authority located in Yorktown Heights, NY.– Aims to place qualified LPN and CNA substitutes to provide licensed practical nurse and certified nurse services for its students and the students of its participating school districts.– Duties for LPNs include maintaining school health records, dispensing medication, managing student care plans, and administering first aid and emergency treatment to students and employees under the supervision of a registered nurse or medical director.– Duties for CNAs include assisting students with activities of daily living (ADL) including toileting, feeding assistance, mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene, assisting with ambulation and student comfort needs, assisting with non–clinical health office support functions, and observing and reporting student concerns or changes to a registered nurse.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
