(1) Vendor needs to provide live, learn, innovate philanthropic campaign consulting services.– Provide strategic counsel for campaign planning, implementation, and execution.– Assess campaign feasibility, philanthropic potential, and institutional readiness, and provide recommendations on whether should pursue a focused capital campaign or a broader comprehensive campaign. • Evaluate the philanthropic potential of the proposed Live–Learn–Innovate initiative. • Develop or refine a preliminary case for support. • Conduct confidential interviews with key internal and external stakeholders. • Assess donor interest, campaign priorities, volunteer leadership capacity, and institutional readiness. • Strategic campaign planning and implementation. • Campaign governance and cabinet development. • Major gift strategy and prospect management. • Campaign messaging and case development. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.
