(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Redwood, CA.– Provide investment advisory services for its municipal investment portfolio.– Indicate full understanding of Investment Policy by submitting a written acknowledgement annually.– Manage the city’s portfolio in a fiduciary capacity with discretionary authority.– Provide credit analysis of investment instruments in portfolio.– Provide assurance of portfolio compliance with applicable laws and the city’s investment policy.– Assist the city with maturity analysis.– Evaluate market risk and develop strategies that minimize the impact on the portfolio.– Broker and dealer management: keep a list of approved broker and dealers, collect and review annual financial report for dealers.– Investment pool management: investigation of any pools, develop a questionnaire to monitor pools on an ongoing basis.– Execute trades in accordance with the governing laws and city’s investment policy.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
