HEALTH-10480 - USA (Portland, Oregon) - RFI for Health Youth Residential Treatment center Services - Sources Sought - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide health youth residential treatment center services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – The facility will provide residential care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to assist youth to recover from complex substance use disorders and related consequences of problematic use. – The facility will provide culturally respectful and responsive care to youth, their families and communities as funding and staffing capacity permit. – Other services may be provided, including educational programming, medical and emergency referrals as needed, and referrals for mental health services. – Youth generally present with complex trauma, significantly impairing mental health disorders, psychosocial difficulties, behavioral problems, and other conditions. – Provide residential drug and alcohol treatment and other treatments deemed appropriate treatment for youth from federally recognized tribes in Oregon and other states, with care and services offered 24 hours a day, 7 days week and 365 days a year. – Health care delivery system– Residential substance treatment services(2) The contract period will be one year.
