Ce marché est un marché à prix mixtes. Il comprend une partie à prix global et forfaitaire (pour les prestations d'entretien courant) et une partie à prix unitaires (pour les prestations de remise en état). Les prestations d'entretien courant seront réglées à prix global et forfaitaire.
