COLLECTIONS CONTRACT BIDS - PHASE 3

The City of York, PA is accepting proposals for labor, equipment, and materials for the Refuse & Recycling Collections Contract for a minimum period of five (5) years beginning May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2030. The proposals will be accepted by the York City Dept. of Public Works, no later than 8:30 am on Project Release Date , at which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud at 101 South George Street, York, PA 17401. A Zoom link will be provided for virtual participation. All proposals must be submitted through the E-procurement Portal, www.yorkcity.org/business/request-for-proposals . No mailed, faxed or emailed proposals will be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the City within 90 days of the bid opening.
