(1) Vendor needs to provide utilities billing customer information system. • Utility billing software and customer information system (cis) that will meet all core functions• Software must integrate all aspects of our utility services including customer account management, billing and collections, meter reading systems and software, asset and work order management software, and customer payment and portal systems. • Work Asset Management system to which interfaced• GIS system to which interfaced• Database platform• Ability to create a file that can be sent to the collection agency to collect final bills left owing for a specific date range• Host data in a cloud. Specify which cloud is used for hosting, i.e. AWS, Azure, etc.• Ability to view amounts accumulated monthly on Stormwater semi–annual and annual accounts before the bills run• Ability to manually remove specific accounts from the cut–off list• Ability to add user generated messages to the bills• Ability to transfer payments posted in error from one account to another account(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026
