(1) Vendor needs to provide landlord–tenant and related legal services to the government authority located in Providence, RI. • Preparing, filing, serving, reviewing, and managing legal pleadings, documents, papers, contracts, waivers and appearing on behalf of the eviction and other legal proceedings.• Perform such other legal drafting as may be required.• Appearing and representing the legal actions and proceedings commenced at the Commission for Human Rights.• Advising and assisting the handling all legal questions and matters arising under rental occupancy agreements and applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws and regulations.• Advising and assisting with newly emerging policies, executive orders, and notices from Federal, State and Local levels and their impact to the PHA, its resident communities, and other stakeholders.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026
