(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated publication supply chain and revenue management service to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – Production of scholarly practice books, research reports, and research guides– Distribution of scholarly practice books, research reports, and research guides– Warehousing of all current and future inventory– Direct–to–Consumer Sales– Provide the option to request a proof of each new printed title (scholarly practice books, research reports, and research guides) before full print jobs are run.– Provide a climate–controlled warehouse space adequate to accommodate current inventory and future growth projected at 3–5 new titles per year.– Provide platform to sell eBook/webPDF files within shopping cart system and authorize customers to access purchased files through remote electronic access; download an initial copy, at or after the time of purchase, to any device capable of displaying or storing purchased files; download and reinstall additional copies of previously purchased files to the same or additional devices; and use, search, copy, annotate, and paste functionality.– Provide alternate sales mechanisms to accommodate institutional purchase orders and checks or ACH payments.– Manage collections related to purchase orders, returned checks, and charge backs.– Provide access to an electronic dashboard/portal for authorized agency personnel for the creation of monthly/quarterly/annual sales and inventory reports, customized sales history, royalty tracking and reports, and the download of customer data.– The contractor will provide real–time electronic transfer of customer data to include name, position title, institution, mailing address, e–mail address, and order history in a format compatible with the agency’s databases.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
