(1) Vendor needs to provide build academy foundations track program services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR. – Build academy foundations track is a free 12–week entrepreneurship training program designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, and early–stage business owners.  – Participants will strengthen their business foundations, develop a business plan, gain practical business skills, and connect with local resources to support long–term success.• The purpose of program is to:– Increase business ownership and sustainability within agency.– Support entrepreneurs in developing sound business practices.– Improve access to capital, contracting opportunities, and technical assistance.– Strengthen local businesses capacity to create jobs and contribute to the local economy.– Promote access to entrepreneurial education and resources.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
