(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based fault detection and diagnostics system. • Requires the implementation of a fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) system to enhance the monitoring, performance, and operational efficiency of campus building systems• Provide a scalable, cloud–based or enterprise–hosted platform capable of aggregating, normalizing, and managing large volumes of time series BAS data across a diverse, multibuilding campus environment.• Utilize a rules–based and model–supported analytics engine that supports continuous commissioning, automated fault prioritization, and ongoing refinement of diagnostics without requiring extensive custom development.• Provide configurable dashboards and workflow tools support fault–tracking assignment, and resolution, enabling facilities staff to manage issues from identification through closure.• High user adoption and engagement, supported by clear visualization, logical system organization, and actionable fault presentation.• Platform must be capable of ingesting large volumes of time–series data and performing data normalization, tagging, and contextualize to enable consistent analytics across disparate systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
