(1) Vendor needs to provide city towing services to the government authority located in Scappoose, OR. – Provide city–wide vehicle towing services to be contracted on a bi–annual basis.– Contractor shall tow, upon city request, any penalty tow, police tow, city vehicle tow or non–preference tow.– Towing, storage, and other related services as set out below when requested to do so by the city, or when requested to do so by the city on behalf of the vehicle owner or person in possession.– Provide service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
